Pig On The Street

Pig On The Street is one of the latest food trucks to hit the streets of down town Vancouver. They serve bacon-and lots of it!
Their little truck is unlike any other food truck around. Transformed from Volkswagon van, it turned into a pink mobile kitchen.
Their ingredients are locally sourced, including their delicious bacon (so good!!).
They can be found during lunch hours by the Vancouver Art Gallery, on Howe Street.

Don't worry Vegetarians, Pig on The Street has something for you too!

I was already stuffed from Lunch at Dae Ji but turning down bacon?! Impossible.

Everything on their menu seemed tempting and I would eat anything on their menu. However, ChilliPepper is picky picky picky and we decided to be plain and order a wrap with bacon and bourbon BBQ sauce ($8.95).The bacon was so good. Smoked, and cured to perfection, the flavors were just right. It wasn't too salty, and fatty. The strips of bacon were sliced to a good thickness, and I was able to chew and taste the bacon.
The Bourbon BBQ sauce is house made, and I could taste the bourbon, it went well with the bacon.

Overall
Delicious bacon
Wraps are very filling
