True Confections bakes cakes. Only cakes. Their cakes are the tallest I have seen and some have half a dozen layers!
At True Confections, all their cakes are made from scratch with no stabilizers or chemicals and made daily.

The Strawberry Cheesecake is the best one I have had for a long time. Their cheese cake doesn't taste like a block of cream cheese i.e N.Y Style ones but rather fluffy and light.The strawberry sauce tasted like pure strawberry puree. No artificial taste. 

I would order this again.

We ordered this because it reminded us of the Chocolate Cake from the movie Matilda. The Milk Chocolate Hazlenut Cake (chocolate cake, chocolate hazlenut mousse,  was underwhelming. It wasn't rich, and the flavors were bland. Nothing special/bad about it. 

My friend always orders their Strawberry Milkshakes . My ATF is from Red Robins and this tasted quite similar-it comes with the "leftovers" too!There was strawberry puree in it and it was a solid milk shake. 

I can't wait to try more of their selection!
